It's the same damage as torrent... Firebenders can't block torrent at all, and it's even harder to dodge it since torrent is easily redirectable, and torrent can hit 3-4 times if used properly. This is not for killing, more so brekaing defenses, getting the first hit, marking your strength, etc...
