This is, in a way already existant. If you change your config a certain way (unknown to me) you can source a move such as torrent, manip, surge from your own waterwave or someone elses.

Dont be such a sour puss. That comment alone is consider necro since it has nothing to do with the actually thread except the date.
I for one a surprised that this isn't added yet. People like @Meskenas-Chi_Blockeris are needed because it seems like you people (developers/CD's) forget about the things you "look into". This hasn't been Looked Into for a year now.
