Yeah, that's what frostbreath currently does. But I always thought that was rather inaccurate to how waterbending works. This move makes much more sense.

This is what Frostbreath actually is. Freezing people who are wet. Rather than just blowing into the air, somehow drawing out enough moisture and then freezing it to create snow and ice. Maybe if they're not up against a solid surface, it doesn't freeze them in place, but gives them slowness...

But that's different. When it happens, Paralysis still freezes you in place, it just has a lower chance of doing it. Finding some other way to slow a bender down, like a chance of either disabling left clicking, disabling crouching, or disabling sprinting is different and more dynamic for combat.

@Hero Needs to fully answer Loony's question and expand upon the idea for him, unless he wants this suggestion to die.

If you notice here, in this screenshot from the op, moves have a chance of paralysis. This, however would require a little more technique with Chi-Blocking, rather than just chaining a few attacks to guarantee victory. A change like this seems to me that it would be more fun for both...

Please remove the server name in my quote in your post as well. It's still there. The first server I said Is dead, so I assumed it wouldn't count as advertising. I have no excuse for the second one. I should have been more unspecific when replying to Janny when he mentioned the server name.

She has arms though... They're just kinda faded. Look closely. Probably a mess up with the art, they look like they're farther back from her, but the colors match with her outfit and not any of the people behind her. You can see the pale of her hand on the left, too.

Depends on how RPG the server is. I'd say by default all firebenders should be able to do both, but if server owners want to make it like that, then they can turn on the whole randomization thing. Also, don't make them separate binds. It's just annoying.

This is a better idea. I agree that not all firebenders should be able to redirect and generate lightning, but there's honestly no need to take up more bindspace if it can be avoided. The whole point of combos and things and all the other stuff being developed is so that we can have more moves...

Well you're not able to earthbend everywhere, or waterbend everywhere. Just how sourcebending tends to be. Water is relatively easy to carry, in small amounts, while carrying around lava isn't easy. Minecraft isn't exactly realistic in how a human can carry around literal buckets of lava. Might...
