Does Heatcontrol still cool lava? I know it used to, and /b help heatcontrol says it cools lava, but no firebenders can cool lava. Was this feature removed? Is there a setting to get it back?

When I first learned about the transition to ProjectKorra, they were still using world lightning. I started a world when 1.8 was fairly new and it still used the in-game lightning. Unfortunatly, that one hit the cactus and generated one every 16 blocks in a grid. I did learn the bottom of cactus...

So, I was a little surprised when I came back from doing vanilla for a while and the lightning was completely different. I liked the new animation with the particles, but I was saddened by an easy source of charged creepers for mob heads. On the other hand, I don't accidentally strike myself...

Last time I did a bending server like this, it bugged out and hit the cactus, spawning a cactus in every chunk in the same coordinates just above sea level. What would you do to keep airbenders using airbubble out?

One could always have a server resource pack to make them look like gliders. I understand 1.9 {will} allow{s} custom models.

All jokes aside, the cactus are taking over on my server. They overwrite existing blocks at chunk coordinates 15 64 1 randomly while loaded. Most of the time, it is floating a block above ocean level, but on land, they grow on anything and even replace blocks in the ground, ignoring blocks...
