Suggestion Dark Spirit Ability - DarkFlash and Descent

This is the Dark Spirit counterpart to my Light Spirit suggestion found here



Ability: DarkFlash (working name)
Element?: Dark Spirit

Type: Mobility
Distance: 7 Blocks
Charges:
3
Individual Cooldown: 1 second
Reset Cooldown: 14 seconds
Description: DarkFlash is activated by tapping LMB with the ability bound to your slot. Upon activating the move you will travel extremely quickly to a point 7 blocks in front of you, where your character is aiming. This ability would have three "charges" letting you travel 7 blocks, 3 times, with a one second cooldown between uses, before a reset cooldown of a lengthy 14 seconds.
Uses: This ability would let you quickly escape or enter combat, or travel easily through a survival world. The charges allow more flexibility than LightFlash, but suffer a much longer cooldown.
Pros: +Extremely mobile
+Allows easy escape
+Shares an ability slot
Cons: -Very long cooldown


Sub-Ability: Descent

Type: Mobility / Utility
AoE: radius of 3 blocks
Knockback: very small
Cooldown: 4 seconds
Description: Descent is activated by holding down SHIFT while in the air with DarkFlash bound. When activated, all your momentum will be canceled and you will start falling to the ground with intense speed, causing a small AoE knockback when landing.

Uses: This ability would be extremely useful when dealing with enemies that have many knockback attacks like Air or Waterbenders. For example, an airbender could hit you high into the air with airburst, but you could cancel that knockback, plummeting into the ground right in front of them, then use DarkFlash to get close. The ability does have a small cooldown of 4 seconds so airbenders aren't useless against the move.
Pros: + Useful against knockback
+Probably pretty fun
+Shares an ability slot
Cons: -Accidental usage over lava (rip)
