Don't get me wrong, I like the idea, but I'm having trouble seeing its uses. A water version of airshield maybe? If that's the case it's pretty cool and maybe if it had other functions then it'd look cool in the arena.

You could also just shift if it's raining.

I don't know about this. With Minecraft, I do not believe you can register when a player is in rain, only when it is raining. So if a player used this underground and it was raining above ground, it would still work.
