Hello everyone, this is the first Dev Build for 1.7.0! This is a relatively small update in comparison to the things we plan to release, so enjoy it and prepare yourselves.

• General Changes
  • Added Saving Toggle (Suggestion)
    
    • A player's toggle settings is reset on stop/reload only instead of signing out.
    • Sends a player a reminder if they sign on with their bending toggled off.
      • "Reminder, you toggled your bending before signing off. Enable it again with /bending toggle"
• Firebending Changes
  • Lightning Changes
    • Added a cool new charge up animation.
    • Added Methods to allow external developers a way to get the arcs from Lightning.
