A lot of these are cool, but Tentacles sounds a lot like Water Arms. And that's been suggested many times. But the other ones make a lot of sense. Especially Rain Bending and IceGrip. Good job :D -

I think Metal Clips is a little too op. I was killed by someone using it on me while I was in creative. And the holding time needs to be shorter in my opinion. -

I see no need for this. I like the combustion sound. I think we should change the water bending freezing sound to tnt sound as well. -
