My bad i had never tested Lightning in the Avatar state i overlooked the fact Avatars have no cooldowns xD

How does it make no sense? if an Avatar shot lightning at you and you redirected it back at them the damage should be as much as the Avatar Lightning as you have just sent it back at them.
