It's basically the same as your other suggestions and half the time this idea wouldn't work because it would raise the earth wherever you're looking so you'd have to look further up, spending around the same amount of time it would take you to look beneath your feet and clicking. I'm denying this.

I agree with Fear. It isn't really needed and I don't believe it would be used that much. Gonna deny.

This move would hardly see use. Yes, it looked cool af in the show but in minecraft it just isn't useful enough and isn't needed. Try learning how to control you catapult, they way you can get to the top very easily. I'm gonna deny this.

The move doesn't seem to have much use and with things like ice spike and ice blast in the plugin I thing this would hardly get used. It's a pretty basic move and I don't think it's that good of a move to add it into the plugin. Denied.

You can get the same effect from just clicking underneath you with raise earth. Having earth constantly raise under you as you walk would be quite glitchy (you would get stuck in the block) and it wouldn't really be as effective because you can't control it. As for the stairs thing, not really...

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to have a texture pack and a plugin working together but I'm not certain. Pending review for now.

I don't see casting abilities by a command having much use and the use that it does have (like you mentioned) donating to be able to do so doesn't really seem the right direction to go with the plugin. Thread denied.
