PhaseChange is quite useful in combat to be honest. Getting out of other waterbender's freezes, trapping people in ice, creating a path for yourself.. This addon to phase change would be spammed do they never got hurt by water. I'm going to deny.

In the latest version you, when you use the move all of the moves are on cooldown, you can't use any of them.

/bending is the command we use for everything mostly. We're using it just to stick to a general theme and prevent confusion. This complaint seems unnecessary, I have no idea why you or anyone would have an issue with this.

This suggestion seems weird and I don't really see a use for it. What you're describing is parkour. Any person can do this, it isn't just Chiblockers. This type of parkour doesn't exist in Minecraft and I honestly don't see how this will aid Chiblockers. I'm going to deny.
