    Extraction is metalbending :) and it varies from server to server. Anyone can disable extraction. But lots of people dont know u can open iron doors by looking at it and tapping shift

    Then maybe when you select it, it turns into gravel as if the rocks are beginning to melt then when you launch the ability it'd turn into lava for a split second and then the ability would execute.
