XD steps in order - 1. Start a tornado 2. 2 + players join it 3. Original creator of the tornado only has the power to launch it 4. Every player aims 5. Launch 6. repeat 1-6 until opponent is dead.

Focusing a tornado into a big one and launching it at someone -_-
