Maybe add another thing onto it: if you're focusing at 1 spot with 2 or more people the stronger and bigger the tornado would be. then everyone in the group would have to direct it towards 1 spot (facing someone) then the 1st person to start the tornado (before aiming XD) would click to launch...

I think that earth doesn't need a move like this. being that if you have installed earthsmash to your server. Also if they could create and endless wave of earth (like on plains) And the offensive version of this is basically shockwave.

Let me clear some things up Rose = Red lotus plant, PP = The poison substance in it, GB = containing the poison, Seeds = Herbs needed to stabilize the poison. If you read the article again it says it's a splash potion The reason i put poisonous potatoes is because then it'd be a bit harder to obtain.

Perhap you could make this an add-on that would only work if you had NPC's installed or something like that.

But it's supposed to be slow acting like in the show. it's also supposed to kill you. poison doesn't kill you.

There are certain limitations to plugins. mods u can do whatever you want. plugins can ONLY use vanilla items/effects. It's impossible to make it blue unless u flooded it with blue firework particles which would lag u. and if the animation isn't in vanilla we can't put it in the plugin.
