Waterbending PlantWalk 4.0

This is not an official ProjectKorra ability, therefore, no official support will be provided in any threads other than this one. Use at your own risk.

Download version 4.0 if you want to run it on PK v1.9.3,
Download version 3.0 if you want to run it on PK v1.9.0,
Download version 2.1 if you want to run it on PK v1.8.8/v1.8.9,
Download version 1.0 if you want to run it on PK v1.8.7.

Ability description: Grab yourself with the plant you control and walk on air freely.

Mechanics:

  • You pick plant blocks as a source.
  • When the ability starts, a tentacle starts growing towards the caster.
  • When the tentacle is fully grown, caster starts flying as he/she is in creative mode.
  • Caster can only move in the radius of tentacle's length.
  • If caster tries to go further, tentacle pulls him/her back.
  • Caster can right click on blocks near the source block to remove PlantWalk before it's duration is over.
  • If player teleports while using PlantWalk, ability will be removed.
  • If player is far from source, ability will be removed.

Fantastic move! Works great
I love this because it makes waterbenders more effective on land and not forced to stay in water. They only thing i think you could change is the flight speed, it shoud be the same as the water spout flight speed.

Thanks for your reply and the great idea. I didn't know you could change flight speed. I will add a config variable for flight speed with the next update. I am also planning to add some collisions for cutting the tentacle. And a faster way to remove your PlantWalk, for example sneak+click with WaterSpout.
Such a fun move, and a great addition to plantbending! Well done :)
