This move is the third of the moves that I will be suggesting.
Name: Vortex
Element: Air/Breath
How used: Shift while looking at an opponents feet.
Description: This move is for very experienced airbenders. It creates a spinning wall of air all around an opponent. This move does no initial damage, but it gives the player an effect like being underwater, slowly taking away their breathing, and it also gives them slowness. It also disables their bending so all they can try and do is escape before they run out of air. The vortex would have a 3 block radius around the opponent. The airbender controlling it cannot move the vortex nor can he/she move his/her own body as this move requires very much concentration. If the controlling airbender is moved, dies, or lets go of shift, the vortex dissipates. The move would take about 2-3 seconds to fully form.
Thank you and please leave suggestions.
