Powers seen on other servers that do not have here! How to find?

does anyone know where I can find the power of the RockMc server? (ViniWhip, Iceslash, and others)

Ask the owner of the server. Seems like he got them from somewhere that are outside of PK's site and jedcore's pack.

Those are old addons. It's likely that they continued development of them independently.

RockMc is Jed's server. So yes, definitely.
