Move: Octopusform
Use: This would extend the range of octopusform to work, as long as you and your target are halfway underwater. This should also be able to grab things like arrows, icebullet and iceblast out of the air automatically, unlike how you used to have to hope to be lucky. Look at 0:15 in this video for more details.

the range can be configured, but it would be nice if the arms would actually extend too.
