I think the shield shouldn't have a cooldown, but that's just me. Everything else is great though. OctopusForm really needs a buff.

Wise choice. This ability in someway resembles to waterarms, so I think this is great idea to add multiabilities to it.

I love this ability, however the watermanipulation redirecting is unnecessary.
