Unless you're talking about using Spout, it's not possible. This is a plugin, not a mod.

You can't do that in a plugin. What you're asking for would be a mod thing.

Some might be possible, but how would we implement dual sword? We cannot modify minecraft itself Anyways could be nice to have some items for nations specific.

Well an iron sword named Dual Sword. And when you right click you get 2 stone swords for example. One does more damage than the other and the other one is for defending with right click maybe. Just example. It would just be 2 stone swords without thatXD
