Bukkit build: spigot (build 1627 - 1648, all tested, probably also the ones before 1627)
PK build: ProjectKorra 1.4.0 BETA 8
The bug: The bug is when you left click on ice, the ice goes up, but it does not revert, there is no error. Also the shift version when standing on ice does not work anymore.

^ well that said, now everyone knows why there might be flood on your server, we will fix it :p

When u say revert doesn't work, does nothing happen or does everything turn into air

I tried it. Nothing happens. You can just turn it into water with phasechange. I was un-flooding all arenas ._.
