Complete Forum Name Change

I'm sorry if I didn't do this exactly right. I followed the instructions the best I could. o -o

1. Why do you need this change?
"CamPandaz" was my old minecraft name. It has since been changed to "CamThePanda". I would like to change it to match my IGN. Not to mention that I cringe every time I see the "z" on "Pandaz".

2. How long do you plan on keeping this Minecraft username?
I'm not planning on changing it again.

3. What did you want to change your current forum name to?
I would like to change my username from "CamPandaz" to "CamThePanda"
