They recently did a scan of a lot of suggestions yet this one remains unmarked. He probably expected it to be marked by now since it's been so long.

This isn't the only one not marked in the earthbending section, just to point out. It could be they already accepted this (I/somebody might already shared this idea and got look into), or they can't decide to accept or reject this idea, so they left it alone until they can make up their mind to tag it.
