(CHI) Minecraft Strike Cooldown

How i can remove default Minecraft strike cooldown? If i spam LMB i cant use any ability of chiblocking, but i need to do this.

I’m sure there are plugins out there that do what you’re wanting. Just go to Bukkit/Spigot and look around.
