It said it was fixed but i am not able to do it. The bending takes water out of the bottle if i have a water source selected
but only if i have a water source selected will it even use the bottle

I think it broke again at some point in between 1.8.2 and 1.8.6

That's even though in 1.8.6 they mention something about a move using the bottle being fixed

Octopusform maybe and another ability? Others were broken, and IIRC it was on the official server (which likely it used the lateat build version of the plugin).
