this should be a new where if someone is in the water then you can hold shift on them and a bubble will form around them and lift and u can move it by holding shift and looking around also if you want to suffocate them u left click then if you want to turn it into ice you right click and u can disable those things by the action to activate them hope this will get in

Things you should list are:

- Controls
- Use (Mobility/Utility/Offense/Defense)
- Config options
- Source (Water/Earth only)

Tell us a name, what it would do EXACTLY. Also, you may want to make it a bit more organised.

It pretty much tells what the controls are
