It seems I wasn't clear enough. It only can pass (not stop the ability from happening) through Water Manipulation, Ice Spike, Torrent, Earthblast, RaiseEarth, Airblast and Airshield, nothing else. But, this might be what, the 3rd most under-powered move (Airswipe and Suffocation) what it lacks in power, it makes up for in range and speed.

That's the point. Something this good has to come with a cost. Also, it is all configurable if the server owner wants to change it.

No, it's really just every eathbender in general. The only way I know how to beat them is Catapult + Lightning/Fireblast or Shockwave, and then running. (Or sometimes I spam earthblast against them, but I usually fail)

I agree. Combustion should be somewhat spammable, have an increased range, and explode more blocks. It's really useless and has no point if you could just charge a fire blast. The only thing it really does well is catching your opponent off guard, and being able to shoot it through water.

If someone uses Lightning in a source of water, I think it should electrocute everything inside the water, as it is like that in the anime, and since water conducts electricity. It would also balance out the power of waterbenders.
