Does Heatcontrol still cool lava? I know it used to, and /b help heatcontrol says it cools lava, but no firebenders can cool lava. Was this feature removed? Is there a setting to get it back?

I am trying to set up a small, whitelisted YouTube server for about 3-8 regular members. Last time I did a bending server like this, it bugged out and hit the cactus, spawning a cactus in every chunk in the same coordinates just above sea level. Anyway, I would like some help choosing my plugins...

All jokes aside, the cactus are taking over on my server. They overwrite existing blocks at chunk coordinates 15 64 1 randomly while loaded. Most of the time, it is floating a block above ocean level, but on land, they grow on anything and even replace blocks in the ground, ignoring blocks...

On my small, private server, we just took out the Dragon. The BENDING RESISTANT dragon. That is all.
