yes i think that its a bit trolley but why not just put a limit to how may moves you can use wile ridding the air spout like say you can only use 3 air swipes before the spout collapses then theirs a small 3 second cool down then you can get back up again.

on a naruto server i played on you could walk on water and it was actually just flying on the the surface of the water and when you tried to go up you were forced back down so that's how i propose we walk or run on water.

yes just to make it if your running away from some one and you want to go under water

this is a passive move how i see it is that a water bender could be able in theory to walk on water (katara as the painted lady). so what i thought is that as a water bender you should be able to walk on water or even run so to start this passive you start sprinting on land or on ice torts...

the water move could be growth earth could be mold or shape fire could be charge lighter is good tameing idk what it should be

OK I'm not saying that this isn't a good idea (i actual love it water arms is over powered) but if you think about it water arms don't lose mass when grappling its just grabbing and pulling (but try reducing the range and pull force but keep the use count)

i'm sorry but this move would be useless unless you summon it before you get hit to prevent an attack but other than that it would be like "GO SLIME!!!, SLIME FAINTED!!!" but if you upped the length then replaced slime and zombie with blaze and gast so you could sumon it then they have a chance...
