i feel this should just be a move with a 2 second charge time then as one of the combos for it could be earth sink where the entire bubble would sink into the ground (its your choice tho it's just a rough idea :) )

I love it but you should have fluxtuating fatigue wile moving like +1/s for walking -1/s for running (well cuz your running) -2/s wile swimming except for waterbenders, also I think there should be better values for fatigue like with burst, it should cost less than haff like say 20/f per use.;)...

OK so here is my suggestion water+air frozen wind barrage/ uses 3 benders 2 water 1 air (tornado, frost breath and ice spikes) description: fist the air bender would make the tornado then the water bender would use frost breath on the tornado causing a horizontal wind tunnel with snow...
