What would it be the radius of the icy rain? Would it affect the waterbender too? Does this also work on snow? How much damage? What would be the damage rate? If the opponent can't see your Torrent, he can't click and shift at it and, as so, can't redirect it. What I was trying to say is that if you don't want people to redirect your Torrent, just move it so it is hard for them to click at the water blocks xD

You can move Torrent so it hits your opponent in their back, or in their sides. Control it so your opponent can't see where it is. Boom, redirecting problem solved. How do you do with manip? Could just spam, but you could also dodge your manip from your foe's control.
