Not everyone knows how to install a mod. Plugins are for servers so you can join with a vanilla minecraft client.

Most abilities come with the plugin. To install custom abilities you do this: Go to forums->go to abilities->download the ones you like ==> go to your server folder->go to plugins->projectkorra->custom abilities(something like that)->->drag your (doenloaded) custom abilities to this folder->DONE
