As @6tijn suggested, the things you shoot could be sharp slices of water, so not that much damage but 1 for each? They could be very quick and stuff, but the damage is way too high atm

I completely forgot how to install forge cause I haven't done it for like a year cause I don't like mods. If you like the avatar mod, then play around with it. Combine the plugin and the mod, and have fun! It's possible. You say are so clever then you can probably find out how to do that! Gl! >->

I prefer servers than single player. I forgot how to install mods and I can create a server in 2 minutes. I passed the mod stadium and I'm now in the community stadium. I don't think it would turn out good because al least 40% doesn't know how to install mods.

I know a guy, he spams torrent a lot. I block it by hitting his torrent with mine, and then going straigt on to his head. I know it would make sense to be able to redirect it, but it just isn't good for minecraft mechanics....

That is ABSOLUTELY not true. Air is NOT underpowered. I've seen some air benders who are pretty damn op. You can't even plan a single hit on them. Give them some fall damage with airstream, hit them with airswipe and finish it with an airsweep.
