It isn't just me who thinks that things are unbalanced on the servers that I've been on though, that's my point.

I don't think it is, and even if it was, I think the moves do too much damage.

They can but server owner's don't usually drastically change config's. They might have a look through and change a move or two but the majority stays the same.

Sometimes they might not listen to reason. And you're right, if they've changed the config it wouldn't reset it, but at least future server's would ba balanced.

It isn't balanced, at all. Yes, server owners can change it, but the player's can't.

I know there are, but Earth Armour isn't one of them. I can fast swim when I'm in the Earth Armour slot, but when I have the earth armour on, I can't fast swim and then for a while after I can't fast swim.

What's the use in the combo in the first place if it's weaker than the origional move?

I like the idea of being able to change between solid and liquid within ice spike and water manipulation, but from your description it wouldn't be worth doing. A move that does no damage and only a little bit of knockback wouldnt be used. To change your idea; Send a water manipulation/ice...
