I don't think it's OP, at all. I do worse with bottles to be honest. You have to wait for the water to come back into your bottles before you can use another move. I do think while you're waiting for water to come back into your bottle you shouldn't be able to bend from any other water...

Why can't Waterbender's suck the water out of a grass block, turning it to dirt? I'm not posting it as a suggestion because I feel like this should have already be suggested, so does anyone know why they haven't made it like this?

This is a concept for a server, not the plugin. You can easily do this with a permissions and an NPC plugin for quests.

You'll get there man, it's sometimes hard to get player's. Try bumping on planet minecraft and make a post on MC servers list. That will get you player's pretty quickly (:

YES. I used to wave my arms everywhere, trying desperately to bend.

You used to be able to fast swim with earth armour and there isn't no posts about earth armour being changed. Also, you can't fast swim for a while after the armour is gone.
