I completely agree. Chiblocking never had poison in the show, so it wouldn't make sense to add it. It also would need balancing so much to the point there wouldn't be any use in having it in the first place. Poison is very powerful in PVP, it isn't a good idea to implement it in bending. -Loony

With some custom moves you have to add the permissions to the group/rank. Get the permissions from the download page of the move, then add the permission to that group. Hope this helped, -Loony

The flames could be that hot that they burn the Earth and seperate it into tiny crumbs of earth, meaning less damage. I'm not 100% on the sciece behind it but I don't think it's too far fetched for it to do less damage

Because you have quite a few custom moves, I suggest disabling them all and see if the problem fixes. Then, enable them move by move until it doesn't work. That way you can figure out which move is faulty. TIP: When you've edited/disabled moves, just type /pk reload, that way you don't have to...
