Would the effect have a chance to trigger on yourself as you use air blast and air suction?

I feel like you wouldn't be able to balance the chance of this. It would either be too high and overpowered, or too low and not worth trying.

This could also be considered for the main core plugin, but I thought it would suit RPG better.

All my plugins and abilities are updated. Everything works fine on beta 2 and 3, but on beta 4 and 5 everything breaks. I'm not the only one with this issue.

Warning: If you have custom abilities or plugins this version might not work. I'm unsure which plugins / abilities is causing the problem, but serve owners just beware.

I tested it on my test server with no PK custom plugins or abilities and worked fine but on my main server with custom plugins and abilities it broke. If you want it to work until the issue is fixed I recommend removing your abilities and plugins, or downgrading to beta 2.

Beta 4 and 5 isn't working correctly with some addon abilities and PK custom plugins.. I thought it was just me

What version of spigot and PK do you both have?

PK Beta 2 and upwards requires an updated version of side plugins and custom abilities. Some abilities aren't updated so they might not work. Also, you need Spigot 1.8.3
