I'm going to deny this. Firstly, I don't think it's possible to see exactly where someone is in the air and then catapult exactly to that person. Secondly, if they're in the air they're going to fall back down so by the time that you reach where they originally were, they wouldn't be there anymore.

I believe some of these errors was fixed in the latest beta. Try updating to beta 11.

I'm denying this. People should not make suggestions for 1.9 when we don't know what is and what isn't possible yet, as we said in the video.

EarthTunnel down to around level 12, then earth tunnel straight forward. Mine with a silk touch pickaxe and then use extraction on those ores later. Easy money
