Being as the AvatarState is all the skill and knowledge of the past Avatar's, and Aang wasn't a metal bending master as it was introduced with Toph, I wouldn't see AvatarState buffing metal bending.

There's already moved that have the same features as you've listed and for that reason I'm going to deny.

This seems a suggestion for the Minecraft game itself. I don't see much relevance to bending at all. In Minecraft you can jump in lava, get out and survive. I don't think Minecraft needs to be as realistic as "frostbite". I'm going to deny this.
