Thing is, the passives from each element give an advantage. It's like you're selling permanent potion effects.

Couldn't you be like "no everyone gets a free trial of an element, the free trial is for one million years and after that they have to pay" x3

This can already be achieved with WaterArms - Pull. You can also use moves like Torrent (drag feature) to bring people closer. I think the feature already exists in the plugin so I don't really see the need to add a move into the plugin with the same feature. I'm going to deny.

I like the general idea of players not being able to click / hold shift for a certain period of time but I think it should be a build up rather than just click or hold shift and click to activate this. Because the general idea is good, I'm placing this looking into.

You completely misunderstood what that says. It doesn't say Earthbender's can turn dirt into sand, it says they can turn soft sand into hard sand so they can create harder projectiles... Suggestion denied.

The problem with this is that you already have many ways to trap your opponent so it's not like this ability is greatly needed. As for aesthetics, I'm not sure it would look right because you can't really create a ball / circle in Minecraft. It would be cool to see, but I don't think it would...

I agree, there isn't a reason to have two ways to do the same thing, that's why I'm denying this suggestion because the way Torrent works now is better and works well.

This idea is much bigger than just Surge. The less bottles you have should weaken or aesthetically change your moves. Looking into!
