I agree that we need to incorporate more features into WaterManipulation. Howecer, the two moves you said aren't original and I think we can do better. I will look into the idea of having more features for WaterManipulation but I'm denying this idea because I don't like the ideas you suggest we add.

Not really, isn't best to update to 1.9 when we've got a plan for the plugin and updating right now would interrupt those plans and make things 10x harder for the development team.

The majority of the time bending is disabled in creative worlds because, well it just isn't needed. I don't think this side plugin would have any use and I don't see any reason to allow people to bend in a world that's only for building. I'm going to deny.
