That's already in the plugin, it's called Extraction. They can just place the ores and use the move so there isn't a need for them to do it from their inventory.

There are ways to stop flying with FireJet, clicking with FireJet is one of them. LavaDisc is an addon. I think this is TOO realistic and would generally be annoying.
