Omg, like, no! You're actually both slightly right and slightly wrong. The water does swirl around like a double helix, but the two streams connect at the top and form a loop. So it's technically a helix and not a ring, but it's also a ring and not a helix.

Actually, just the two streams would work really well. It'd begin with the double round X streams of water, and they slowly merge. Esthetically it looks cleaner too.

I'd guess with normal particles in that case. It's nice as an item, but just doesn't work and feels odd in a plugin filled with abilities. As for HighJump, we actually removed its cooldown on our server, and even then, the move remains relatively untouched by most chiblockers.

Chi is underpowered as it is, I'm not denying that. But the problem isn't air. If you feel like chi should have more of a chance against air, make a thread about buffing chi instead of nerfing air.

I'd imagine DashPunch would be kind of like a blink move, but a bit slower. It should have long range and only go in a straight line, because of Chi's lack of ranged moves.
