When using SQLite, the database occasionally locks if you try to use the /reload command (it's not supported). Usually a reboot would suffice, and I'd recommend switching to MySQL (if you favor /reload), or just start rebooting instead of /reload (safer for yours erver)

Concept Designers don't just go through and deny suggestions. They tend to have a reason as to why they deny it. (Did you know, if we implemented every single thing suggested, the plugin would be absolute garbage?)
