This ability has my full support! I love this.

I do believe that this ability has potential, however it lacks certain details as it stands. Try tweaking a few things like how it would look and such.

Most abilities are already affected by the full moon. WaterManip and Torrent could look messy if tampered with.

This ability does not possess the qualities of a passive. It seems laggy and the concept is random.

I'm not sure why one would want an ability that shoots randomly when there is already one that shoots an accurate bolt. The slowness effect also doesn't make much sense to me.

BloodManipulation and BloodPulse are included in the already existing Bloodbending ability. ThickBlood is too similar to Paralyze just more OP. The first and second full moon abilities are too OP to be attainted by no more than a full moon. Avatar State + Bloodbending already includes...

Earth benders can already break earth blocks being blasted towards them.

This ability is basically already created. I do not believe the addition of a direction change to Tornado is necessary.

We aren't "beggars". We don't put abilities in to this plugin just for the sake of having a new ability. We look for quality, and unfortunately I just don't see that here.

This ability is far too similar to FireBlast, and I don't see any reason why one would use a weaker version of an ability just for teh lulz.

To me, this seems too similar to FireBlast, and too much work for a simple move. I do not think this is needed.
