Indeed, @Hero. Exploding is more potential and effective than heating up the player's breath. Even with that, it's worthless in coding it, because combustion offers the same effect.

Well it should be a replacement for cooldowns. I see no reason in having a cooldown and your chi bar idea to co-exist in the plugin, only one. Or else unbalance could come.

Minecraft defines some aspects of physics, yes, but it shouldn't mean that bending must too. It's not like the ice was generated normally or build with hands, but with bending. They couldn't leave their own frozen ice hovering in the air, without concentrating and using their body...

My changes to your idea: I prefer if this wasn't an a sand ability, but a rather time consuming combo. Should cover an chunk area (16x16) where the user is standing on. The Particles will match the corresponding block it covers in the dust cloud.

I admire the effect and animation how Tornado creates a sand vortex thing that spin sand blocks around it. While I do love it, it seems a bit pointless for an airbender to build a 1x1 just so far that thingy to occur. My question would be what's the purpose of it that made his way to the plugin...

That's a complete opposite of nerfing. Chi definitely needs its paralyze effect reduce. I'm all up for this combo.
