Right clicking on a snow block, while on a phasechange slot, will allow the phasechanger to toggle on snowbending, which replaces the functionality of this abilities:

Surge
- Requires to be standing on at least a 2 block thick and on top 4 layer snow high surface to perform this ability
- Left Clicking (shifting isn't necessary, If you wanna shoot the wave away from you) will release a wave (which size will vary by the amount of snow in the surface) of snow, that upon contact with a player/mob will trap the creature/person in a snow pile/wave while it still carries him or her. Shifting will freeze the living entity.
- Shifting (also isn't necessary to select the source) instead will raise a snow shaped wall construct in front of a bender. Left Clicking will freeze it into ice.
WaterManipulation
- Same as ordinary WaterManipulation control
- [Up for Debate]: Will deal damage
- Compacted snow upon an hit, will stop its victim for a few seconds or/than that person will be affected by slowness x status effect (isn't easy to walk through big snow)
- Deals alittle higher knockback than the counterpart water projectile of this ability.
- Left Clicking on a snow block than Shifting on something will shoot a snowball projectile.
Torrent
- The Ring would be replaced with snow if used it as a source (all of you supposedly expected to hear this)
- Releasing the Ring (not crouching anymore) won't change; extracts into water.
- Left Clicking with the Ring will shoot a stream of snow. It won't deal damage, but knockback will have the same value of the damage factor inflicted.
- Replacing the freeze mechanic, the waterbender would be capable to trap someone in a 3x3x3, leaving the target in 1x1x1 space.
WaterSpout
- Instead of water, SnowSpout will be formed.
- This will use the actual physical snow (&layer) blocks (not falling or whatever profession bukkit coders like to call them).
Non
- FastSwimming on snow (found this by accident... v)
- 6 layers would require from the start-up block to begin surfing on snow. The Distance can be surfed to will depend of how many layers/blocks of snow that is being ridden.
- Regarding the feature of phasechange, this will not necessary require to toggle-on snowbending to surf on snow.

To toggle off snow variation of these abilities, right clicking again will make them functional back to water. Hope you like it

- For snowspout I think if anyone gets hit they get slow 1 for 8 seconds.
