Disagree button?

Hey,

I recently noticed that the 'disagree' rating button is gone. It's not there for me, but a few minutes ago a post of mine was rated 'disagree'. Is it only available for staff?

There are quite a few things I don't really agree on and a button is faster than a post, so a little explanation would be appreciated!

Disabled in suggestions for players (I think)

The button was disabled in Suggestions. The reason behind this is that I would much rather facilitate thoughtful discussion on Suggestions as opposed to using the like / disagree buttons.
