Who and why remove my picture in a signature?

I'm not familiar, nor do I recall being the one to delete your signature. If it was done by another administrator it was likely because it contained something offensive.
That being said, the proper avenue to handle something like this would be in a private message, not in a new thread. Additionally, warnings aren't always necessary, as we work under the assumption that the list of forum rules in of itself is a warning.

Edit: I followed up and found your original signature that contained hints of naziism, which has absolutely no place here. That should speak for itself and doesn't need a warning.
