I believe you have to specify whether DestroyAfterCharges is true or false. You can't have one of those thingies without a true/false/number behind it

(not very experienced with this yes, just a guess.)

I removed the DestroyAfterCharges, but it keeps coming back.

What error does it say in the console?

"invalid recipe material: SNOWBALL"
The correct recipe material for a SNOWBALL is SNOW_BALL.
